History of the cup Tea was introduced during the Chinese Han Dynasty (206 BC - 220 AD). The more than four centuries of Han Dynasty rule are widely regarded as one of the "golden ages" of Chinese history. With the beginning of the Han Dynasty, the pottery industry developed and many types of vessels appeared on the market. The need for a container to drink tea led to the development of the cup, especially the handleless cup in China. Europe discovered tea in the 17th century with the development of trade relations between East and West, but Europeans preferred to drink their tea very hot. The handle was therefore invented in Europe by the German Johann Friedrich Bottger in 1707. In France, the ordinances of 1699 and 1709, which restricted the use of precious metals, encouraged the development of ceramics, particularly earthenware and porcelain, which played an increasingly important role in the creation of cabarets (lunch services) for serving exotic drinks. Throughout the 18th century, there were many innovations in decoration, technique and form.

Star Wars Rey cuddly toy

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away Rey, also known as Rey Skywalker in the Star Wars saga, made appearances notably in "Rebel" (2018), in "The Awakening of the Force" (2015) in "The Last Jedi" (2017) and in "Skywalker's Ascent" (2019). Rey is played by British actress Daisy Ridley. Rey is a rather lonely young wreck raider who was abandoned by her parents on the planet Jakku. "Important, the list of planets (in Star Wars) is" as Yoda would say. Rey joins the Resistance fighting the First Order after meeting various characters: Chewbacca, Finn, the fleeing stormtrooper, the droid BB-8 and Han Solo. Rey reunites with Luke Skywalker after fighting and defeating the evil Kylo Ren. Afterwards, Rey practices becoming a Jedi Knight through Luke's instructions and classes. Rey also learns about his family origins; his paternal grandfather is Emperor Sheev Palpatine; Darth Sidious. This cuddly toy Rey is really very sympathetic and represents, in a way, the strength of femininity that fights against the evildoers, who are mostly men and most often evil. The cuddly toy Rey is therefore a beautiful gift for children, girls or boys, for teenagers or enthusiasts of any age. The Rey cuddly toy is the ideal gift for a birthday, an end-of-year party or as a gift for any other festive event.

XL Playing cards

Who doesn't know the card game?

A pack of cards is made up of a number of cards illustrated on the front side, of various subjects on a particular theme and all having a different value and decorated on the back with a common theme to the game to allow for anonymity when a player holds the cards in his hand. When the cards are collected in a pile it is called a card game and is a social game: as it is most often played in society but some card games can be played as solitaire games.

Many regions have card games with their own specific traditions, practices and customs.

The varieties of card games are important: yellow dwarf, canasta, rummy, poker, jass, bridge, crapette, belotte, tarot, battle etc... These games all have different rules, which can vary from one region to another. Some games are played with 32 cards and others with 52 cards or 54 with the 2 jokers.

Some card games are dedicated to a single game and unusable outside a specific context, such as the monopoly card games ("Community Box" and "Chance") Monopoly, which elsewhere cannot be played without its two packs of cards.

Good fun, giant playing cards for a classic yet unusual party game gift with many possibilities. To play with friends, to decorate during a party, to do magic tricks or to build a house of cards...
