History of the cup We know the story of the pottery kiln from an ancient Chinese poem, the "Shuihuzhuan" (poem about the origin of objects). It reads as follows... He went into the forest to collect clay and saw beautiful pieces of glazed porcelain lying in the ground among the roots of the trees!
